- Raw organic honey
- Coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups of water
- Add the turmeric and ginger into some boiling water lower the heat and let is simmer
- Next add the milk and let cook for a few minutes
- Then remove from the heat and strain the tea into a cup
