The Ancient Oil That’s Been Used To Help Fight Migraines, Depression, Anxiety, And Cancer For Thousands Of Years

Essential oils have been used for quite some time now, and can be effective when treating several issues. Have you ever used any of the essential oils?

Frankincense is my favorite of the essential oils. It is  great when used for relieving stress and anxiety and has even been able to boost immunities and help to fight cancer. It is sourced from the resin of the Boswellia tree which is commonly grown in Somalia. This tree is very unique because it can grow with small amounts of soil in dry conditions.

This oil is used through means of inhalation or skin absorption. It is believed that the oil itself transmits messages to our limbic systems which are a part of our brains. While this oil can be quite amazing if used properly it should never be ingested in large quantities as it can be toxic. As I have said before too much of a good thing is bad.

Frankincense is good for skin protection as well as the things listed above. It is a powerful astringent and can reduce acne blemishes and prevent wrinkles. Anywhere your skin is becoming saggy this oil can be used. Be sure to test on a small area of skin first to be sure you are not allergic. This oil can eliminate cold and flu germs from your home as well if used as a cleaner. There really is not much this oil cannot do.

Here are a few things frankincense oil can do for you:

  • Promote a healthy mouth
  • Fight cancer on some level
  • Deal with side effects from chemotherapy
  • Kill harmful germs
  • Prevent signs of aging
  • Balance hormone levels
  • Help promote proper sleeping
  • Ease digestion issues
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Decrease inflammation

Now, while most people tolerate this oil quite well and there have been no serious side effects reported from using this oil as long as it has not been ingested in large quantities there can be some reactions if you happen to be allergic. If you are allergic you may break out in a minor skin rash or come down with some digestive issue like stomach pains or nausea. If you are currently having trouble with blood clotting you should  not use frankincense oil as it has a blood thinning effect. This oil can also react to some anticoagulant medications so if you are taking those it is best to consult your doctor before use.

That being said if used correctly this oil can provide you with some great health benefits. Frankincense oil could be the oil for you. If you’re thinking about trying it out please watch the video below for a little more information.
