Difficulty sleeping is becoming more and more common here lately. We are being deprived of sleep can leave us unhealthy and cranky, luckily there is an easy fix for most cases.
We need at least six to eight hours of sleep a night usually, and if we do not get this we do not have the energy needed to function properly. Sleep loss can cause many different health issues including things like HBP (high blood pressure), heart failure, stroke, heart disease, and more. - Breathe through the nose for 4 seconds
- Hold your breath for 7 seconds
- Release the air for 8 seconds
- Do this 3 times
- Sleep
