Ginger Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Organic Raw Honey
  • 2-inch piece of Organic Ginger, chopped or grated
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Turmeric
  • Organic Coconut Milk
  • One Quart Water
  • lemon

Method:

Bring the ginger and water to a boil, and reduce the heat, allowing the tea to simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add the ground turmeric and allow to simmer for 5 more minutes.

Allow the tea to steep and sit for 10-15 minutes and add the Organic honey and coconut milk. Squeeze in fresh lemon and enjoy!

Have one cup two to three times daily, and feel the wonderful benefits that it has to bring.
