10 tablespoons of organic cane sugar

2 tablespoons of sucanat/rapadura

4 teaspoons sea salt

Directions:

Mix these ingredients together in a small sandwich bag or any container with a lid

shake them well, in order to mix.

Use:

Keep this ‘dust’ beside your bed with a spoon and have a small amount each time you can’t sleep or even before bed each night.
